Charlie has finally started to verbalize and it has been wonderful!!! This past week he has really started to copy our words and attempt to speak. It's just awesome.
It comes at great timing because on Friday I got a letter from the government that they have approved Charlie for speech therapy!!! He starts on Wednesday. I spoke with the speech therapist on the phone and she sounds fantastically friendly and excited to work with Charlie. (very unusual to be so nice, for a Finn). Her English was really great and it was wonderful that she could fit him in so quickly. She'd had his file for the past two months but was waiting for the approval from the government as well, so she knew we were coming eventually as a patient.

juice
He is really trying to communicate with us by using his words and I am THRILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
